I have used DMSO internally and topically.

It is great stuff. I recommend that you buy the purest form available from a livestock/animal Feed store. I believe the bottle that I bought there was 99.9%.

This is the purest form of DMSO that I know of.

One needs to use it correctly since DMSO can transport almost anything into your system.

I don't know for sure whether or now it is more effective topically as a transport or to consume the product to be transported.

It makes sense to me that anytime the stomach can be by passed and you can direct something directly into the bloodstream that this may be more effective. On the other hand some nutrients/natural chemicals need to be activated by stomach acids. It would depend on what you want in your system.
