Keep in mind that cilantro isn't an effective chelator by itself. You need to combine it with chlorella for it to work. You should take them both systematically, every 4 hours or so and waking up in the middle of the night to take them again. You should also continue to take the chlorella for a day or so after you take a break from using the cilantro.

I've been chelating using the Cutler Protocol and cilantro/chlorella, and my times of most obvious improvement have been after taking cilantro/chlorella for a few months.

Whatever method you use, it should be frequent dose and systematic or it probably won't work and could potentially be dangerous.
