I've had IBS-C for years & have gotten quite a bit of help from taking 2000mg triphala every other day, eating 1/3 cup of sauerkraut w/meals, eating gelatin/bone broth & eating at least one salad a day. I think a lot of my issues have to do w/gallbladder sluggishness (triphala helps this) & low thyroid function/adrenal issues (also helped a bit by triphala). I guess what I'm trying to say is that IBS-C can be reversed, but it takes patience & consistency.

Others on other curezone boards advocate certain types of liver/gallbladder cleansing. For me, teir approach sounds too extreme & I'm happy to go more slowly rather than risk an er visit....but that's just me. Many people claim great results, but I think James disagrees w/the extreme cleansing too.
