My adrenals have been shot for one reason or another for years. Traumatic childhood etc etc etc.

Isn't the body amazing. Give it a boost in a certain direction and off it goes towards self-regulation. Awesomeness :)

I am feeling a lot better since I've cut back my protocol by half.
