For anyone who might find this info useful, I have found the formulation of the original Protandim. Here it is:

Milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum) (seed) - 80% Sylmarin - 225 mg
Bacopa extract (Bacopa monnieri) (aerial part) - 45% Bacosides - 150 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (root) - 150 mg
Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) (leaf) - 98% Polyphenols, 45% Epigallocatechin-3-Gallate - 75 mg
Turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) (rhizome) - 95% Curcumin - 75 mg

Dose for general anti-oxidant use: 1 pill 2X daily
Dose for cancer treatment: 2 pills 3X daily
