I suggest you try not eating the nuts and seeds for a while and see if there's any change in your feeling.
You might also look at any other foods you eat which are "controversial" on the diet and eliminate them to see if they are causing your trouble.
I can tell you that I've seen several people on this site recommend that people eat carrots. I always reacted badly to carrots, as did a friend of mine who's following the diet too. I've found more than one website which says carrots should not be eaten on the diet because they have too much Sugar in them.
There's also the possibility that you've become intolerant to a food which is normally OK on the diet. That has happened to me a few times in the past but not so much since I began rotating vegetables.
