Thanks for your help! I appreciate it. My last question is: if the leg and back pain is the result of toxins clearing up, where do those toxins go? My urine is a dark yellow/almost brown. Is that the result of toxins being released? Pardon my ignorance.....

This is day 6 for me. I feel weak for the first time, but overall good. I am determined to last the whole 14 days.
