Oh I certainly want to drop the 15 pounds and be my old 105 again. So fasting for weight loss is one of my goals. I just want to also give my poor digestive system a break, and heal overall.

Hey, my period is due to start in about 3 days. I wanted my fast to take place during my period since I have heard that is cleanses that department too. Is that true, in your opinion? I asked about this once and forgot the answers I received. I did a search here but it didn't come up. Weird.
