Sorry to hear about your foot pain. I often get vibes from people at distance and the words just flow sincronistically.

I can relate to calcification as my wife has Ankylosing spondylitis since a young age, initially misdiagnosed by doctors but under control now (thanks to our hard research).

If a foreigner asks about the best olive oil, I’ll swear my Country (Mediterranean region) produces the best one. By the same token, if anyone asks me who’s the best cooker in the world, I can swear my mom is the best… immediately followed by my wife. In my private guide, they deserve Five Michelin Stars!

Black cumin in my native language is “cominho-preto”.
