If you are in Brazil, there is a decent lab that can test for parasites in Rio http://labion.com.br/
You can mail the stool samples to them if you don't want to travel to Rio but its best to be able to do the "dry" sample too, and that requires you to be close to the lab.

It's best to know what bug is hurting you so you can get rid of if more efficiently.
