Hi freebird.

Not sure what you have tried, but I also tried so many things before I hit gold with curing my PTSD.

Here they are:

1. Siberian Chaga Mushroom. It is at the top succeeding and blowing away all other foods in the the ORAC value system. Helps virtually with everything, one being balancing blood sugar, pressure, hormones, detoxing liver, strengthening immune system, giving energy, improving mood, nerval tonic etc. This really really helped me. I bought mine at Sayan Health.

2. Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) with or without a practitioner. Try going to your Library as they might have books on anxiety recipe. I have applied myself and on my own too, with success. Works very fast. Also will work on alcohol addiction. For me, dissolved a phobia in one 40 minute session completely. Never came back.

3. Neurolink NIS - what can I say.. it works AmaZing.

4. Be Still and Know meditation (listen for FREE)
Life changing. Teaches how to observe thoughts and feelings and become aware,calm and objective to yourself, others, circumstances... and Happy. Also will work on alcohol addiction.

Really works. I use the Kindness code for the nervous system often.

6. Attractor Field Codes
This is not something I have used very much,and were not a part of my healing BUTt I think it may have merit and looks promising, as it uses Acupuncture points. Certainly much easier than EFT, and it's also FREE.

Make sure you are eating as well as possible - very important -NO junk !! 'Dr. Wilson's Adrenal Power' powder muscle tested very good for me. You may benefit from that.. Eliminate as much stress as you are able to, and set good boundaries. The meditation will help with that, as well as the accompanying book "How your mind will keep you well".
