You also might want to look into Dr. Christopher's eyebright formula as an eyewash to feed your eyes. Dry eyes can also be a symptom of dehydration -- add a pinch of unprocessed salt to your drinking water to help your body rehydrate.

Uniquity (Natural Healing) has a store front on her forum and she sells the eyebright tincture and there are instructions on her forum for using the tincture in water for eyewash. I don't think she sells eye cups, but you can pick one easily enough on the 'net -- a quick google for eye cup will give you many sites to pick from. Your local pharmacy might even have one. Amazon will certainly have at least one type to pick from.

You also might want to think about adding Iodine to your list of supplements. The Iodine Supplementation forum here has many testimonies regarding Iodine and reversing dry eyes.
