hot steam baths/ baths above 105 f can cause brain damage thats why one should consume water in fairly large amounts when inside.

cayenne heals strokes/ heart attacks the cayenne is most likely removing a blockage or some kind of back up that results in headache symptoms. in fact if ure mom used cayenne with initial onset she would be symptom free currently.
