thank you very much - I definitely appreciate very much your taking time writing some excellent points and having few good suggestions because as I said I got stuck and any new idea could help to make it through the plateau (yes, this word describes it perfectly)

thanks so much again, I guess that's why you come here to this forum just occassionally and people who got better do not come at all as they do not want to "catch" bad health again......
