Easy.!
1- You have to stop taking Antibiotics at least they be extremely necessary.
2- You have to learn that with the story of taking Antibiotics for so long, you probably have a severe candida overgrowth (CRC)
3- You need to chose a program to detox, fight candida, and recover the immune function as soon as you can.
4- It takes time, discipline, and hard work to see results.
5- There isn't an easy solution one time this happen, so calm down because you have a long journey ahead.
6- There is hope but it is all to you.
