Well just had my first session, and although the heat was horrible I found it very relaxing. I never sweat, even in a normal sauna, but I sure did sweat in this one....was dripping. My skin feels so smooth now! Hopefully I got rid of some toxins today. My shoulder didn't hurt the whole time I was in there, which was great, although it is achey now....but my sinus did clear a lot. Will try and go as often as I can but at $30 a session it is hard for me.
