Anything with caffeine is something to stay away from. My guess is that these other ingredients are stimulants, too, so they probably put your adrenals in the red. How long have you had A.F., and what have you been doing to remedy it? Do you feel that A.F. is causing your hypothyroid condition?
If you absolutely avoid stimulants of all kinds from now on, you can probably recover quickly from whatever setback was caused by that "performance" formula.
