Thank you so much! That seems very helpful. Nowadays, I'm getting the bloating and burping no matter what I eat, though it is pronouncedly worse with sugar (including fruit), alcohol, vinegar, etc. Of course, I've cut those foods out, except eating nothing sweet makes me feel desperate sometimes.
