I wish I had an answer! I'm looking at the same thing and am following your thread....
I'm also looking into dentists in Tijuana, do you happen to have heard of any referrals for biological dentists from there?

The Huggins Institute had a staff member that personally went to Dr. Lagos in TJ (couldn't for legal reasons of course 'recommend'): http://www.biologicaldent.com/index.html
