Well, when I was just taking a few caps daily, I didn't have diarrhea, only when I stepped it up to 2 caps several times daily. It was like my body was just purging these things. It has now subsided. It did not have this effect in the beginning and I still got dead worms.

Yes, I think dehydration is a definate concern, so if it were to effect you in this way, drink extra water.

I am suffering from terrible die-off right now, it's worse than I have ever experienced actually. I want to cut back but just want to get it over with, I am pretty confident this stuff will eventually clear out these things.
