Hello. I would like to know if anyone has some ideas on how I can improve upon the process of opening and activating my 1st (root) chakra. A lot of my issues involve centeredness, grounding, bonding with mother and fully accepting my physical incarnation.
I have read Ruth White's book, Working With Your Chakras, as well as Chakra Mantras by Thomas Ashley-Farrand, and they have helped me quite a bit, particularly with color, sound, vibration and scent utilization.
I still have a feeling that there is more work for me to do, though, and I am keeping my ear to the ground for new ideas.
