Honestly, a lot of approaches will work, including solid food strict diets. I am concerned with keeping it in remission, however.
I am just trying to provide the most accurate information I know after studying as much as I have. It is still your decision.
Sort of the medical angle I am to work here is more than just the intestines. I am alluding to the blood/lymphs/etc Circulation and exercise are the make or break factor. More than anything, you have to get that 3+ hours of work a day. There is nothing stopping you from working your way up to walking or working/sweating that much a day other than will power and basing your logic on others successes with different approaches.
The concern with solid foods is that they require a lot more energy to digest, they leave behind more metabolic waste residue, contain more toxic residue, create more allergen antibodies, and they set your immune system and endocrine system more off off balance vs. a totally cleaned out body. i.e empty
A lot of the natural healers on this curezone all agree with liquid fasting/exercise approach, the late Dr. Christopher, Dr. Clark, Dr. Schultze, MH, Dr. Lam, Dr. Wilson..
It is an infection, and it is your immune system, it is other hormonal factors. The idea behind tremendous amounts of exercise and liquid diet, is that it stimulates oxygen and blood into the deepest capillaries and tissue of the body, reaching every cell. The lymphatic system is also better circulated and able to remove toxins and waste from every cell, as well. The argument is that this allows your body to overcome allergies and immune reactions as well, which is also an aspect of bowel disease.
