I feel that they are mainly in my intestines. I have felt an occasional twinge in my head, neck, and arms and legs, but nothing like others describe. I have had them in my sinuses and ears, but that was pretty much over with before I started centaury. It seems like every few weeks I have the lung issues, with the sticky phlegm, but have never seen larvae in my phlegm like others have seen. I just know that it is larvae migrating from their molting stage.

Like you, I am only reporting what I have experienced, in the hopes that it helps others. If this herb is working to destroy them like I am seeing, it's possible that it would get into the bloodstream and kill them all over, but I could not say. I have seen thick long worms, very think long worms, smaller worms, and most recently 1" thick pieces of something, but I don't think they are small enough to be pinworms or strongyloides, most of mine seem to be juvenile roundworms. I am also getting lots of thick film.

Yesterday I had to back off, because if I take more than 2 capsules 2x daily, I get horrible diahrrea, but lots of worms to follow - and I had stuff I needed to get done yesterday. But before going to bed, I took 3 caps hoping to sleep it off, and I did, but woke this morning with a gurgling stomach and again, lots of dead worms. The die off is horrible, but I am going to try to keep at it and get rid of all I can while I'm on this momentum.
