I am positive either klebsiella or candida is causing my spondylitis and ulcerative colitis.
To kill klebsiella, it is recommended to remove starch from your diet. To kill candida...remove all simple sugars and starch etc.

Now, they both feed of carbohydrates, but why does klebsiella only feed from starch?

Im thinking Im going to need to implement a no starch, anti candida diet but Im dreading the thought and difficulty of it!
