Hver, can you tell me more about jiao gu lan? Is it a root, like panax ginseng? Since my health has recovered a great deal and have returned to running, I am considering marathon training next year, and would most likely use cordyceps in conjunction with either a ginseng product, or, possibly, what you have mentioned.
