The coconut water is also highly suggested by people on here to go along with the tropical oils and the veggie fruit juices.

Calories from things like coconut and simple sugars become pretty irrelevant during large amounts of exercise.

This whole idea of people reacting badly to these types of calories is purely because these people are overly sedentary. A healthy extremely active human body will burn through just about any calorie with little fuss.
