 What I also notice that I don't feel hungry and can go without eating for a long time.  I lost couple pounds for the last 3 days without trying. I also take your adrenal tonic and it also gives me this impression of not being hungry. 

The Adrenal Tonic will raise blood sugar levels slightly, which stimulates the production of serotonin suppressing the appetite.  But it does not cause the crashes of sugar due to the protein content and amla that stabilize the blood sugar.

That is why I could not find the 5000mg.  I was searching Curezone.  But yes, that was a mistake.  It should have read 500mg not 5000mg.  I don't know if I can edit those posts or not.  Thanks for pointing it out for me.
