Some things you could try...

You could try cutting out one or more or all of the supplements for a while to see if your feeling changes or goes away.

Or, you could continue and see if it goes away by itself. A cold shouldn't last more than a few days, so if it continues past that, you could try my first suggestions.

I noticed in the past that I rarely got sick in the usual sense of the term. Instead my usual symptoms flared when other people were passing around a cold or flu. I believe this was because of my overreactive immune system.

Otherwise, you could contact your doctor and ask what he/she thinks.
