So my doc tested my minerals today and my molybdenum, potassium, iodine, and selenium levels were nonexistant while my copper and zinc levels were just low but still there(as I did get the taste but it was almost an aftertaste, wasnt so pronounced) which rather surprises me that I had any

Kinda weird, iv been supping iodide(7.5mg), iodine(5mg), and potassium(2.4mg) per day for the last three months or so

Iv also been supping 1000 micrograms 3 times a day for the last few weeks

Maybe it really is inaccurate

Iv been taking those pills with the stomach acid to digest them and my symptoms are closest to either copper or mercury poisoning so I will proceed with high level zinc supplementation and see if any effect is achieved

Do you think it will be safe to chelate at the same time, DMSA every 4 hrs, 3 days on 4 days off; my lead and cadmium are rather high along with a few other heavy metals

Tell me, have any of you experienced IBS with copper toxicity? Until I started taking the enzymes/HCL IBS was my most pronounced symptom; without having had it I might question my own state of health(even though Im sure the brainfog, AF, CF, MCS, and hypothyroid do exist)
