I'm taking 50 mg a day, divided into two doses. I think combined with the chelator, it's been giving everything a heavy workout. Can tell you how pleased I am that I'm at the end of the daily chelation. From here on it will be a one day on, one day off situation with the chelator.

Geez, getting rid of this copper is proving to be just as difficult as all the other detoxes!! It almost feels like a pipe dream to think that one day I will be able to detox without feeling awful all the way through it.
