hey peeps, thought i'd weigh in here as i just got an earthing recovery bag in the past week, and a copy of 'Eathing' by Clint Ober.

first night i slept in the bag and was VERY hot, uncomfortable night, only slept a few hours but didn't feel too tired the next day. since then i've slept on top of it like a sheet and have had marked improvement in my health on quite a few levels. energetically is the main thing - when i wake up i'm instantly ready to go, no morning lethargy whatsoever. quite incredible, it's like a deep energy. i'm also getting slow but gradual improvements in some of my other main symptons - main one being depressed appetite.

background for me is autoimmune issues, digestive/IBS problems, prostate etc. have been going at these issues for the past several years (parasites, liver flushing, physical training, nutrition, etc).

so i can say for sure that using this earthing product and earthing in general is doing a lot for me. i do feel that i was quite a disconnected individual and wasn't really aware of the profound benefits of connecting into the earth energy. it's a game changer.
