run d-immitis your latest symptoms that you have described sound like dirofilaria immitis / repens

this is still a huge problem for me as these beasts are everywhere a/d quite nasty, loaded with fungus/bacteria,
Newport did identify it as Mycobacterium phlei, it is horribly thick and nasty stuff and makes almost impossible to kill d-immitis

Colloidal Silver in large amounts helps clear it
