also coconut oil and green tea is helpful. as my head gets itchier(hopefully from dieoff and running across the scalp and face) I used coconut oil in my nose and facial hair and ears followed by germX hand sanitizer thickly. this and the tea tree and eucalyptus are having some effect for sure. Hopefully an increase in the MSM will get me off alcohol, Sugar and gluten at least a little.
