Hi everybody,

Long-time reader, first-time poster :)

I have a query. I am doing a copper detox at the moment and having a fair bit of die-off.

I'm experiencing real bouts of paranoia. I have to consciously say to myself that no, this is just the die-off, this isn't reality. My partner is being very patient with me but I wouldn't blame him if it was driving him a little nuts :)

I'm second-guessing myself, feeling unconfident and sort of fawny and apologetic. It's really annoying.

Did anyone have symptoms like that during die-off and can give me a bit of encouragement from your nice place of feeling psychologically stable? :)
