I had a different experience with humic acid. I'm taking the Active Liquid Minerals brand http://www.4alw.com/liquid-minerals/
Overall, this is a great supplement. This supplement reduces heavy metal and candida\fungus symptoms. The problem I have is when I forget to take the supplement, I experience severe constipation, lasting several days, even weeks. Does anyone out there know why humic acid causes these symptoms?
