Yes, I think it's one of the most important factors in gum health for one. Long before I started doing OP the dentist was telling me my gums were good, I'm sure partly because of regular C supplementation. And it's especially important after dental work, to aid healing. Too bad the dentists themselves are mostly unaware of that!
