Gerson Diet recommends lots of apple-carrot juice to improve liver healt and some internet sites say umbelliferone is anti-inflamatory, although Hulda Clark says to stop carrots because of the inflamatory properties of umbelliferone.

I assume the pros are more than the cons, but… Anyone has the missing link?
