I really haven't done anything special. I try to take a multivitamin everyday. I really think my body just needed time to figure things out. I still deal with ovarian cysts....they are worse because I refuse to take any birth control. My body finally got back 2 normal and I don't want to mess it up...I am always afraid I am going to jinx myself. But as for now I am back to normal. I still think I have a vit D deficiency and I may need to get another precription for that.
