14 grams is to much for me; that would cause me a terrible diarrhea! 3-4 grams; you are more at the safe side, especially if diverted into 3-4 times a day.
I had 3 miscarriages; with no supplements, little supplement and when high supplements (before, in between and after pregnancies)
I have more than a hunch that Iodine would have prevented one or two of these.

· Can have devastating effects on the baby’s developing brain and also on physical growth: such as severe mental retardation, growth stunting, apathy, and impaired movement, speech or hearing; and is
· Considered the world’s greatest cause of preventable brain damage."
