Correct, I do not eat seaweed, unless you consider two sheets of nori a week seaweed.

Considering these "cofactors" seem to be so important, is there a recommended period of time to start taking them before beginning the lugols? I currently take zero supplements. Today, I decided to start doing Dr. Schulze Superfood and cod liver oil...baby steps.

I feel a lot better about having done this test, reading your post.

I think I'll eat some seaweed now. Trader Joes sells one mean Roasted Seaweed Snack.
