If the supps don't get to or you want to explore something else I might be able to help you find a practitioner who does visceral manipulation. We are often able to dialate tubes that are constricted for various reasons.

I work on ureters and arteries a lot in my practice. It is very gentle and very precise work. It will either work or it won't and won't cause any harm if it doesn't work.
