Minerals are difficult to accurately test for....in answer to your first question yes u would be deficient in lots of minerals if copper toxic. I know I had a huge turning point when I soaked in natural mineral spring for hours.....my vitality came flooding back....I believe this is the foundation of the RBTI method...they call it remineralization.
