As the mother is probably breastfeeding; take the supplements and the baby will have its benefits.
The Glax mentions looks fine; but in general I would correct any deficiency first, like magnesium; in the form of citrate, malate, (not oxide)
Some boron, and Iodine will further help the kidneys, and a little real salt too.
