I see you have problems but running around in circles and doing nothing constructive will not solve anything.
Why not try something simple that has been used by thousands of people long before modern medicine invented exotic names for different discomforts and equally exotic treatments and explanations for their treatments. There are several different options but most entail both eliminating all "modern" foods and returning to natural food. All your "infections" are just scavangers trying to clean out all the putrifaction that you have introduced into your body.
Try to work towards a grape or orange monodiet for a while.
