I am currently on a WF. Day 8 will be Thanksgiving and I would like to eat. Do you think I will get sick if I fast up to that Day, eat Thanksgiving Dinner and probably a slice of a Raw Sweet Potato Pie, and then resume my fast the next day. I feel that I will get sick.

Do you feel I should break the fast earlier than Day 8 or try to keep fasting through to completion. There is really no problem with me not eating at Thanksgiving as I do not have any functions that would require it of me, just felt like I wanted to.
