Yes this looks like a good progress. Moles will swell up and look ugly for a few days, then dry up and disappear slowly. Some irritation like itching and redness are part of the process; if to much, leave the Iodine for a couple of days.
The peeling is also a good sign; good looking skin underneath, just resist picking at it.
