EXACTLY! You nailed the point I was trying to make.

I'm not trying to take any one side, but I'm trying to think things through logically. My body is precious and I'm not going to take blind advice, whichever side it comes from. Intuitively distilling doesn't FEEL right if I make any sense.

It's a little hard sometimes to discern the truth, since people on both sides of these health issues are usually rabid :) They tend to take questions emotionally or personally.

So far I've yet to get a straight answer from either side.
