hey I have an autoimmune thyroid disorder, and am chronically tired too. I've been on a raw diet for months... but nothing has improved so far. my sleepign patterns are awful... and I've been thinking about how important it is for the past couple of months, but have been unable to get myself to sleep early. I think i read your post for a reason and i'm going to start sleeping early!!! How are youd oing? still raw?
