When you stray from the intructions you make the method your own, when done correctly the Dr. Clark method works perfect and you do not throw up. Throwing up is a sign of too many toxins not being able to exit and that always means the person did not do the precleanses, etc. correctly.

You learn 1 thing about many authors, if you ignore their number 1 order, then odds are you might as well ignore their entire book, with Christopher it is the mucusless diet, ignore this and none of his herbal formulas work as he describes, with Clark it is your teeth, don;t repair them correctly? Then she tells you to go home and not waste her time. Each author usually has at least one MUST DO in their instructions.

You are correct, as long as you passed some stones you did something better than doing nothing. RARELY does anyone do the Clark liver flush to the book, VERY RARELY!
