Thanks for the replies. I'm a she, by the way. Well I did do dewormer and have been trying to get them all out for a long time. They're in my skin and feet. Before the flush, I did a week of the dewormer. I agree, I think my problem was with just chugging the oil too fast and too strongly. Or at least that made me feel really bad. I will try with more water and stuff next time. And maybe keep a wash tub close by, just in case. Thank you
